PATTERN DEVELOPMENT

Our pattern development department works to create new textures to customers' criteria and to match existing textures onto virtually any surface or material.

Customer satisfaction drives us to discover the quickest possible techniques when developing grains to be used in production, and close attention to even the smallest detail assures the highest quality product.

Computer-aided design allows us to develop the most complex textures. Our array of software enables complete control during the development stages. Enlargement and reduction of textures sizes, as well as shapes, are available at the touch of a finger because of our advanced technology.

An enormouse edge is obtained through our experience, and our knowledge with CAD contributes to this advantage we hold. Each development is proven out to work in shop conditions, and test samples are made. These samples are confirmed with our customer, and approval is obtained before any new texture is applied to production tools.
